The Orlando Magic have had some incredible players to play for their organization. These players include Shaquille O’Neal, Penny Hardaway, Tracy McGrady, Grant Hill, and Dwight Howard. However, when dissecting this organization from decade to decade, you will start to realize that this team had the potential to be one of the greatest franchises in NBA history; however, would miserably fail due to a common cause.
